SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship all GroundReaper orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped using reliable national or regional carriers selected by GroundReaper, which may include services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other qualified delivery providers. The carrier used may vary depending on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number (when available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier operations.
GroundReaper is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been transferred to them.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GroundReaper, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, please contact us first so we can assist you and provide a return shipping label.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions and a shipping label to send the product back.
To qualify for a return:
